Spring is upon us and we are looking at new lighter, seasonal menu ideas for upcoming events.

We have been visiting restaurants, talking to chefs and also working on the creation of yummy vegetarian options now favoured by so many guests.

Jason Atherton's Pollen Street Social restaurant in London is still at the top of their game. We enjoyed the most delicious, creative, mouthwatering dishes - if you haven't been then do try to get a reservation. Truly special.

We love to experiment with design and created a fabulous table setting trial for an upcoming 40th Birthday celebration using the most gorgeous combination of stunning roses and dark black Ranunculas.
